This fabulous shrug is so easy to make, you’ll want to make one in every color! Stitch a rectangle, fold in half, sew up the side seams and add a decorative trim. There are written instructions and chart in pattern.

This designed is made using Lion Brand Yarn 24/7 cotton yarn 838 (930, 1,022, 1,118, 1,216, 1,379) yards of any #4 worsted-weight yarn.

This pattern makes a nice vest layer with style and flattering drape. The pattern is easy to follow, but check gauge and adjust to be sure you get the size you want. It is a fun project and could be made out of many different kinds of yarn including self striping. It still amazes me that a doubled long rectangle sewn at sides to create armholes can become such a flattering garment! Thank you for the great pattern!
