If you want a sweater that you'll frog many times due to sizing issues, where the center panel doesn't look like the photo, beyond poorly written/charted instructions and more frustration than should be allowed - buy this one. If you still buy it anyway - read the pattern at least 15 times, all notes and chart notes, see that the chart lines are not as with most charts, be prepared to make your own spreadsheet, and a headache. I love to knit lace, but this has not been fun.

This is a lovely photo. However, the chart is almost impossible to use as directed. I can't count the times I started and restarted, then realized I was simply not knitting that garment. I had to frog almost the entire back, analyze what was wrong, and start again -- two more times before I figured out that I needed to go the opposite direction on the chart. Now it seems to be working, except that the laddered faggoting still doesn't look at all like the picture. The design team that put this together needs to actually knit it from that chart.
