This short-sleeved openwork jacket is just the thing to toss on over a sleeveless, halter, or evening wear.

Use #11 or #13 needles to swatch the Veil Stitch Pattern with a bulky yarn or a combination of thinner yarns worked together to create a very open fabric of 2 or 2.5 sts per inch -- really quick to knit! Finished measurements: 40" to 66".
