Technique - Knit

Choose a yarn with great drape, which allows the ruffles to hang beautifully. Knit with 440 yards of lace-weight yarn at a gauge of 24 sts per 4 inches square in stockinette after blocking. Use US size 3 straight or circular needles for flat knitting or size needed to obtain gauge. Finished measurements: 8 inches wide and 60 inches long.
