I just love your products! You always have what I need. I especially loved the pattern for the Hot Cakes! Oven Mitts. Have made so many for gifts and people just love them. Have not seen them any place else. Keep up the good work. I look forward to my catalog each time it arrives.

If I am to be a continuing customer, I would like some way to track my orders. Also, the time between ordering and receipt of goods is way TOO LONG. You have my payment for 2 weeks before I receive my product. I have otherwise, found your goods and services satisfactory.
