Sampler & Antique Needlework Quarterly Collection 2001-2010 DVD

I can't believe there is only one review for this DVD! I also own it and I'm impatiently waiting for the release of the next one. Over the years I have subscribed to this magazine several times, but my full-time work schedule has seriously interfered with my stitching time. If that had not been the case, I would have subscribed without interruption. It's an amazing publication, and each issue is a bargain for a sampler lover. To now have ten years’ worth of issues available is such a luxury! Now that I'm older, and downsizing, I also appreciate the storage solution provided by digital issues. Thanks so much, and please make more magazines available in this format!

I have loved needlework my entire life but was only introduced to counted cross-stitch in 1983. I braved my first sampler in 1999 and fell head over heels in love with historical needlework. I have every physical issue of "Sampler and Antique Needlework Quarterly" and was so excited to see it released digitally. My only suggestion that could make this even better than it is would be to release the remaining issues digitally so we may have the entire series. Meanwhile, I will continue to get the physical issues AND the digital ones. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! Anyone who stitches knows the kind of condition our patterns are in by the time we complete a project. It's not a pretty sight. I found myself purchasing doubles on patterns I used so I would at the very least have a good copy for a keepsake. I have even bought as many as 3 copies. Then computers came out and I would scan the portion of the pattern I was working on to spare my original but even that left my magazines a bit weathered. Having this magazine on PDF is incredible. Now when I work on a project, it is contained on a tablet in my stitch basket. I can make the graph as big as I want and use as often as I want and it doesn't get wear out on me and I can take my entire library with me wherever I go. No more waiting room magazines for me. Whenever the spirit moves me, all I have to do is reach for my tablet or mouse and I have the greatest magazine ever published. It doesn't matter if you buy for the historical content, the beautiful patterns, the heartwarming stories, or just to see what is new. I would be lost if this magazine were to stop. It truly is a winner. PLEASE release the remaining first issues digitally. PLEASE!
