Absolutely beautiful wrap I'm working on the second one blocking is a pain however so I simply added some double crochet rows. I plan on making several more.

I'm wondering if this model is 4 feet tall! I crocheted to match gauge and it came out about 1/3 the length that it shows on the model! Even after blocking! It's a pretty wrap but the pictures seem to be misleading! I will be guessing on how to attach the ties also!
Annie's Customer ServiceRobin - Blocking and gauge are both critical for this pattern.
When making the Seaside Wrap, please make sure to use Deborah Norville Serenity Garden yarn with the size M/N hook. Then, when blocking, make sure to block the wrap vertically.
When you do the ties, ch 50 (first Tie), working across opposite side of foundation ch of Row 1, sl st in each ch across, ch 51, (2nd Tie), now sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each rem ch across 2nd Tie, sc in each sl st across foundation ch, sc in each rem sc across of first ch-50.
If you look at the picture Row 5 is below her shoulder. Row 15 is almost to her wrists. Row 26 is that last shell Rnd 2 rows from the bottom edge.

This wrap turned out adorable for my 20 year old niece. I crochet it in a size small with an L hook and it worked up beautifully. Her and her sisters liked that it could be worn three different ways. I did have to guess how to put the ties on other than that it's a nice pattern that is cute for young women.

I made this, it didn't turn out as large as the one in the photo but I do tend to crochet tight. I love it; I made it with the same yarn.
