Sylva Shawl Knit Pattern

February 9, 2016

Easy to knit, but you must be careful to watch your stitch count when knitting the pattern stitches. Also, be careful when wrapping the knit stitches in the "Cross Stitch" portion of the pattern as they tend to pull tight on the circular needle cable which is time consuming trying to get those tight wrappings back up onto the needle to knit. A circular needle longer than 32" would be helpful. The shawl worked up a little short in the back, so you may want to add a few more (10?) rows before starting the side and neck trim.
