A print-to-order pattern is printed for you at the time we receive your order. Patterns with up to eight pages are printed in color; patterns with more than eight pages have color covers with black and white inside pages. We'll print and ship it to you within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. Please note that your print-to-order patterns will be shipped separately to you so if you ordered other items, you'll receive multiple packages.

Often the Pineapple motif is seen in doilies and tablecloths made with fine cotton thread and tiny steel hooks. Your instructor for this class, crochet expert Sharon Silverman, has designed a pretty and useful lap blanket using worsted-weight yarn and an H/8/5mm hook -- tools and materials you are already comfortable with. Next, you'll be ready to take on the lovely shawl, again with an H hook and, this time, light-weight cotton yarn. The results are breathtaking!

In this class, you'll learn how to:
  • Identify the structure of the Pineapple motif.
  • Read a symbol diagram and understand how helpful it can be.
  • Work special stitches including the shell and chain-5 shell.
  • Properly start a new skein of yarn.
  • Create and apply fringe for a wonderful finishing touch.

Wonderful class. It is so nice to have these classes. I love the pineapple crochet. You can start and stop and never lose your spot. You will just love this class and you can make a lovely shawl. There is also pineapple crochet top patterns here at Annie's that are so cute. Afghans, shawls and so much more. You will have the knowledge of crochet that will last a lifetime. Pineapple crochet is a timeless art.

I really like this video, she explains it like she's done it 100 times and tells you what look out for, what could happen if you don't do what the instructions say - exactly. Its kind of like having one of your friends show you how and share all their experiences they've had. This is one of the better ones I've bought - very thorough. Worth the money, I recommend it.
