Wear this sleeveless summertime shrug two ways! Shaped armholes give a neat fit, while the collar/bottom edge is much fuller on one side than the other. Worn one way, this crochet shrug pattern has a slimming, casual silhouette with a sweet smaller collar and fuller and longer lower back and front edge. Flip the shrug over and swap armholes, and it's magically transformed into a lovely capelet to keep your shoulders warm over a bare dress or top. Either way, this garment can be overlapped in front or pinned in a variety of ways. Size 8-26. Made with soft worsted-weight yarn.

I just finished my shrug and I love it! I did have a bit of trouble with it which is why I did not rate it a full 5 stars. I had trouble with the part that is worked in rows instead of rounds. Although it did say to work from marker to marker, I still did not understand that the rows were only to go HALF way around, going back and forth, not all the way around. I ended up ripping three full rows as a result.
It would have really helped to have some sort of illustration like there is when you fold it in two to make the armholes. Too many pictures of the finished item, I would have much preferred a couple of 'in progress' shots.
All that being said, it is comfortable and looks great! And I am starting one for my daughter.
