Shelly Netherton Instructor Shelly's Bio Shelly Netherton, a Johnson & Wales University pastry school graduate, designs cakes for The Cake Canvas located in northeastern Indiana. She previously worked at and gained valuable experience at a wonderful cake shop, Heavenly Sweets, located in Noblesville, Ind. Shelly creates custom cakes for weddings, birthdays and every other kind of special occasion. She also designs cookie bouquets, cookie favors, cupcakes and candies for customers. The Cake Canvas's motto is: "To provide you with cakes and sweets that taste exceptional and look great too!"
