It won't hold the chalk in place so you can use it. It also breaks very easy. Impossible to use as as I'm concerned. I would NOT recommend this product.

Rinses out cleanly, but does not easily mark fabric and the design makes the 'lead' retract while using it.

Does not mark very well. The slide slips while you're using it. I think it's a great idea for a great handy tool and if those issues can be fixed I would give it 5 stars. Until then it's just great frustration.
