Gentle Breeze Kimono Crochet Pattern

I am totally stuck on rows 61 and 62. The pattern needs some additional information and or pictures included. Is there anywhere to get additional instructions? I can't give this a better review until I determine whether the price I paid for the pattern will ever result in a wearable kimono.
