Create an easy yet beautiful three-color quilt with the chain-link design. It looks like an optical illusion! Join quilting expert Nancy Scott for this Learn, Make, Create! episode to learn how to choose the right balance of light, dark and medium fabrics for the most stunning effect. The pattern features 3 easy pieced blocks and setting triangles that come together to create a unique design reminiscent of a chain-link fence.

In this episode Nancy also demonstrates some important quilting concepts such as working with setting triangles with a biased edge, how to strengthen a bias edge so it isn’t stretchy, pressing seams so they nest and reduce bulk, lining up the blocks row by row to create the gorgeous design and troubleshooting common issues so you have straight lines and perfect points.
