This long, graceful wrap, decorated with the "apple leaf" pattern, is light and airy with wonderful drape, giving just enough cover for a summer evening.

It can be knit to any length you desire. Worked in three separate panels for the back and front, the shawl is joined at the shoulders with a three needle bind-off. Short rows give shaping at the shoulder. With the simple use of I-cord laces, this shawl can be transformed into a long vest or over-dress. Directions include instructions for a tunic-length and short, hip-length vest version as well. Knit in sport or fingering weight wool and US size 7 needles. Sizes S-XL.
