Do you remember the days of itchy, ill-fitting crochet sweaters? Those days are ancient history with the beautiful designs and soft, pliable yarns that work together to create sweaters that flatter your body.

Join Robyn Chachula as she creates three exclusive sweater designs in today’s most popular styles -- raglan, top-down and motif. Using written and crochet symbol diagrams, she demonstrates each stitch pattern used and explains construction techniques that will allow you to customize each sweater design to fit your size and shape.

In this class you’ll learn how to:
  • Crochet 3 exclusive sweaters.
  • Substitute yarns to achieve the same look as the original design.
  • Determine your measurements and sweater size for a perfect fit.
  • Alter the neckline and yoke to suit your style.
  • Crochet comfortable, stretchy armholes and ribbing.
  • Read crochet symbol diagrams.
  • Lengthen or shorten the body of a top-down sweater.
  • How to change a motif tunic into a motif cardigan or sleeveless top.
Class includes complete written instructions and crochet symbol diagrams to make three exclusive projects: Andi Lace Raglan Sweater, Ruby Top-Down Pullover and Brooklyn Motif Tunic.

I'd give a higher rating if I could. Robin Is an amazing instructor and she has a unique ability to share her vast knowledge of crocheting. She explains every detail with great clarity. I came away with the confidence I need to start my own project.

I've really enjoyed this class so far. I have completed the Raglan sweater and it turned out great! I used Bernat Handicrafter acrylic crochet thread. I did a lot of research on blocking and finally decided to steam block the acrylic thread. I am so glad I did! I held a steamer an inch above the completed work and it worked just fine, no damage. It just turned out beautifully. I wish I could post a picture to show everyone.
Really looking forward to trying the Brooklyn Motif as well.
Thanks for a great class!

Excellent class. Took into account that students could have different level of skills and explained basics really well. This is a class I will use as a reference and go back to again and again. Different methods of construction covered well. Can't wait to get started.
