I made this last year for my DIL for a wedding gift. The instructions were easy enough; but I found it narrower than I preferred: so I actually added one more row of loops/scallops around the outside. Lovely!! Mine was done in white with white/silver thread for the flowers.

Absolutely loved the pattern. I took pictures as I worked to place the flowers and leaves exactly where i wanted them. I did have a little difficulty with the tassel, but it was worth the challenge.

I agree with Lynn S, I am having the very same problem. I need a diagram to clarify "side loop, first side loop, middle side loop, next side loop, scallop, lg. scallop". I just can't get it.

Shirley - Please take a look at our response to Lynn's post below.

I too, am confused with round two. My problem is that "side loops", "first side loop", "middle side loop", "scallop" and "large scallop" are not defined. A diagram or illustration with the terms would be useful. I love the look; just need a bit more clarity to make it work.
Annie's Customer Service

Lynn - The side loops are loops formed when you worked "ch 3, dc in 3rd ch from hook".
The Scallop is made up of several side loops and you have different size scallops as some scallops have more side loops than others.

Love this pattern simple to follow, clear instruction. Made in baby pink and clover it's beautiful. Will make more definitely.
