Technique - Knit
This loose, 1920s inspired shrug is worked using a combination of two stitch patterns that are at the same time exquisitely beautiful and deceptively simple!
Knit with 984 (1230,1230,1476,1476,1476) yds of any plump fingering- or sport-weight yarn at a gauge of 15 sts and 28 rows per 4" using U.S. size 8/5mm straight or circular needles. U.S. size D/3/3.25mm crochet hook is used for optional trim and buttonholes. Pattern includes written instructions, stitch patterns in both written and charted forms, schematic and glossary.

- Chest: 28-31 (32-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-51, 52-57)"

Skills used: Increases, decreases, short rows (explained), knitted cast on for picot edges, lace knitting worked on both right side and wrong side of fabric.
