These 7 rugs for kids showcase bright colors and playful animal designs!
Worked with Deborah Norville's soft worsted-weight yarn in Everyday™ Solids, these rugs can be used as cozy play mats for a baby or as easy-to-wash floor mats for an older child's bathroom. The main section of each rug is worked with a large-size M/N/13/9mm hook and 2 strands of yarn. Crochet motifs are then worked with 1 strand with a smaller hook and sewn on to add detail and decoration.

Love this book made a butterfly for my granddaughter and half way through got an order for a dinosaur, from my grandson was fun and they love it.

I made the turtle. The pattern was very easy to follow and construct. I love the turtle so much I don't want to give it away or put it on the floor. I would recommend this pattern to a beginner.
