ANNIE'S SIGNATURE DESIGNS: Modern Baby Sweater Crochet Pattern Set

I fell in love with this pattern as soon as I saw it. It turned out just as adorable and I can't wait for my 1st grandbaby to arrive for her to wear it. This was only my 3rd crochet project ever and I was able to follow the directions easily. I love the grey yarn, but you cannot find that brand in the US, though I found a similar one which worked out great. Bottom line, is it is beautiful.

Love the pattern and got it to make for my great grand baby, but be aware that the grey yarn is almost impossible to find. Found it in the UK with 2-3 weeks shipping and shipping is expensive. I thought it was excessive for 1 or 2 balls of yarn.

Jacket worked out fine. Directions for butterfly okay; I did a row of single crochet around back strip for shaping and firmness. I did not see how the fuzzy dot was supposed to be fuzzy. I made a firm circle and fastened it so that it looked like a button. I loved the number of sweet photos showing different views of the costume - and the darling baby. I am great grandma and baby is far away so I am borrowing a friend's large antique doll, to model the outfit for my photos. A pleasure and fun altogether. Thank you.
