What is a "print-to-order" pattern?

A print-to-order pattern is printed for you at the time we receive your order. Patterns with up to eight pages are printed in color; patterns with more than eight pages have color covers with black and white inside pages. We'll print and ship it to you within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. Please note that your print-to-order patterns will be shipped separately to you so if you ordered other items, you'll receive multiple packages.

I used to work in a nursing home and have been in another few with relatives. These will work wonders for the people who are in there as it seems their life is monotonous day after day. These would give some break.

I'm thinking of making this for my granddaughter. She's 2 1/2 and is autistic. She doesn't use words and gets very agitated. Has anyone tried using this pattern for that?

I just took a pile of these mats to a local nursing home. They were so excited to use them. I used your pattern as a starting point and have varied it, using different themes and color schemes.

I am crocheting the Fiddle Mat right now. I want to make all them, the muffs and the cuffs also. It looks like a lot of fun too. You can make all kinds of ornaments for the mat. I am going to take these to the Nursing home as soon as I get them done
