A print-to-order pattern is printed for you at the time we receive your order. Patterns with up to eight pages are printed in color; patterns with more than eight pages have color covers with black and white inside pages. We'll print and ship it to you within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. Please note that your print-to-order patterns will be shipped separately to you so if you ordered other items, you'll receive multiple packages.

Summer Fun Hand-Dyed Sock Yarn Knitting Kit

I received the yarn, but no written pattern was included. I have also not been able to access any pattern online to download. I did find a video to aide the knitting process, but have not been able to access needle size, number of stitches to cast on, pattern, etc. So far, no customer service has been able to help me. I was passed from 1 home service representative to another, she claimed she would get back to me, but, as of yet, I have not heard back from anyone.So, left with a skein of yarn, AND NO PATTERN to follow.
