This was my first project on 3 DPN's and although I had a hard time starting it, the hat turned out beautifully. I plan to make another.

So difficult to finish, could not finished with the instructions at the end it just doesn't work so sad, after paying 8 dollars, and the yarn had to figure some way to finish it.
Annie's Customer Service

Liz - The knitter is always working on only the 20 brim sts, with the crown sts being "dormant" on the circular needle until each in turn is knit together with the 20th brim st adjacent to it. After all 80 crown sts have been joined to the brim (this will take 160 brim rows), the knitter continues to work just the 20 brim sts for 2" for an "overflap" of the brim--that's where the buttons are.
