Nancy Scott has two generations of quilting in her heritage. She owns Masterpiece Quilting and her business includes longarm quilting services using both computerized and free-motion patterns, custom-made quilts, show quilts and pattern design.

She was taught to quilt by her grandmother. By age 5 she was already helping layer the quilt backing, batting and top to get it ready for the frame.

Alongside her passion for quilting, Nancy is also an avid antique collector. After attending a workshop on chalk painting, Nancy discovered a second love. Her business has now expanded to include chalky finish painting and selling furniture pieces.

It is ok. It has a skill level of "Confident Beginner". However, I just didn't feel like it had the zing of inspiration to make you want to try it. Sorry, that just how I feel, someone else might not react to this the same way.
