I enjoyed learning this technique. The class was informative and detailed, but a little fast paced. I can see where someone might get lost but that's the beauty of an online class. You can rewind and re-watch all you want to. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn the basics of Swedish Weaving/Huck Embroidery.

Having done several of Katherine's patterns, my expectations were high and I certainly was not disappointed. The photography was great; was very easy to see the floats and see the stitches she was making. Thought she did a great job of making the ornament so quickly for us to see. What a wealth of information from material, thread, weaving tools, etc. Was fast paced but easy to pause and re-play.

I didn't know I was signing up for a class I thought it would be like the other ones I ordered. It is confusing with no paper graph right in front of me.

I would have liked the section on the holiday charm ornament to be covered in more depth. Katherine did not explain what she was doing, she might know, but it would have been helpful for her students. Chart reading wasn't explained either.
I was a little disappointed with this class, but it hasn't stopped me from enjoying this form of embroidery.

Denise - We appreciate all the feedback you've given us. We've now added stitch diagrams and additional teaching video to the class showing how stitches are done.

Hi this class is too fast to pick up the basics I have try but not been able to work it out. Hope other classes are not like this one, a waste of money.

I thought it was very informative. It was fast paced but that's what I enjoy so much to have access to a video that I can pause rewind or watch over and over!

Ms. Kennedy does go really fast in this class I advise you to have the basics down before doing this or you will be lost fairly quickly I do realize that the stitches are pretty basic and can be picked up quickly but a slower presentation and good camera angles are everything when we are learning by video. I bought this to learn a few finishing techniques and unfortunately she explains quickly and the camera angle does not show what it is that I bought this class for. Still don't know the things I bought this class to learn, the nun stitch and fringing. I did learn a few things but this class left me wanting.

Ms. Kennedy's instructions are concise and easy to follow. I already own one of her pattern books and I was anxious to view her video. It is very helpful.
The only reason I did not give this 5 stars in that the picture quality is inconsistent. Because of the close up work this should have been made in a good quality HD format. It also has a couple of glitches throughout.
This is a wonderful embroidery to learn and work and worth the money!

Sorry, but this class was cut on time. Katherine Kennedy seems to push this class to fast. It seem like she was press for time. Hard learning anything in that matter. I was asked about this class and I did not recommend. I hope the company doesn't start cutting back on quality. One star. Thank you.
