I love this series so far, but I was concerned about the ending of A Deadly Chapter. What will happen to the cats that belonged to the murderer? I have been rescuing cats all my life and always have several in my home. I know this is fiction, but I don't like loose ends, especially when it comes to the fate of animals. Betty from Oklahoma

Have enjoyed all of the Castleton Library mystery books to this point. Excellent plots. Would like to try Antique mysteries also. Carol, Somerset, KY.

In The Grim Reader author Margaret Welch on pages 216-217 has Faith and Wolfe deciding that the cat Watson is a genuine Cape Cod cat. However, in A Deadly Chapter author Jan Fields goes back to saying Watson wasn't born with a bobbed tail but in an accident as a kitten (page 42). I like consistency and the two authors should agree on Watson's tail and leave it as it was in the Grim Reaper instead of changing it back in A Deadly Chapter. Thank you.

I liked the idea that there were more than one possible suspect. I enjoy. mysteries that are convoluted but not necessarily gory. I am also cat cot lover with a one year old tuxedo cat named Oswald, so the shenanigans that Watson gets into makes me laugh. Ideally enjoy all of the books and look forward to the next one. This book would have been better if there was one more chapter added with Faith and friends wrapping up the last details of the story line and leaving for Christmas.

It was great! I didn't know until the end who done it. That is the way I like it.

The plot was gripping. The only thing I disliked was that it had to end!

What I enjoy most is a mystery without the blood and gore that most seem to think you need. These books are a fun read and I look forward to the next book coming. Chris from Alberta

I wanted to check all the above. I truly love these books and have to measure my reading to keep from finishing one in a day. Only complaint. They don't come often enough. Makes my day when one comes. My friends love them too. Susie Oklahoma
