For downloading files to the Kindle®, you'll need to select the option to email the file to your Kindle device email address from your Amazon email address.

You can find the Kindle device email address by looking in "Settings" and then selecting "My Account" where the Kindle email address is displayed. Please note that the address must be entered exactly as displayed in your Kindle including in the correct upper or lower case.

The Amazon email address is the email address you have associated with your Amazon account.

Other e-Readers should choose the EPUB format and follow the instructions particular to your device for downloading.

A print-to-order pattern is printed for you at the time we receive your order. Patterns with up to eight pages are printed in color; patterns with more than eight pages have color covers with black and white inside pages. We'll print and ship it to you within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. Please note that your print-to-order patterns will be shipped separately to you so if you ordered other items, you'll receive multiple packages.

    I saw other reviews and knew some people were unhappy with how small the large tote was. Still, I thought skeins of yarn would fit in the side pockets, which they don't. I'm very disappointed and don't like this tote at all, it's overpriced and not suited to my needs.

    While the products small sassy and large sassy tote are useful items, I found them to be smaller than usual. I would like to return them, but the cost of the postage will be high and I am not going to take the time and trouble to do this. Mistakes happen and this was mine.

    I love this sassy tote, great for carrying quite a few projects, I take it everywhere with me while I'm waiting to see a doctor. It holds every thing that I need for crocheting. I love it.

    I order both sizes, the large one I had to back order but I did receive the small one. It is small but perfect for small projects. The bag is heavy plastic. On the outside of one side are 3 pockets perfect for scissors, pens and what ever else; and on the other side is a large pocket that you could put your patterns in. Not large enough to put an 8x10 pattern book but you can make a copy of your pattern, fold it put in larger pocket. I crochet mostly with small thread so this holds enough for me. Very please with the little bag.
