The Raleigh Plaid Beanie Crochet Pattern

I took a class before on changing colors in this manner so I knew how to do that part. I found the pattern lacking some valuable information like does the ch 2 at the beginning count as an st. I think a graph would have really helped with color changes and when. Once I figured out the pattern and after several attempts, I have figured it out. I love the look and am excited about this new technique in my toolbox
