This sporty cardigan is worked from the bottom up and then divided. The sleeves are crocheted into the armholes.

Sporty Chunky One-Piece Jacket Crochet Pattern

This is a well-written pattern. I have made two sweaters from this pattern for Christmas gifts. You can easily adapt the pattern to use a worsted weight yarn if bulky is too heavy. The sleeve length is easy to adjust shorter or longer, as is the body length. It is very, very important to check your gauge on this pattern so that the sweater is true to size. I really like the designer's style of instruction...clear, and concise with a diagram.
