I love this cowl. It was not a hard pattern at all with great instructions. I watched a you tube for the quilted lattice stitch. I will knit it again in another color. This makes a beautiful gift.

I knitted this cowl in a wine heather colour and it turn out beautifully. The pattern is well written & easy to follow. I sewed on three square buttons on the edge for added pazzaz. It does fit easily over your head.

This pattern is just lovely. I am in love with the lattice pattern. It was fun and easy to do. I made the scarf in a nice silk and merino wool in royal blue.

This pattern is so unique. It was a bit difficult knitting the lattice but once you figure it out it is quite easy. I love this pattern and hope to make more for presents

It was much easier than it looks and turned out very elegantly and beautiful. I had trouble finding buttons to go with it and put aged silver plated little leaves as buttons on it. After I sowed ALL THE MANY snaps on, I realized that it is not necessary to be able to open the cowl at all, it slips easily over my head. Try that before you go through all that work. I also knitted a piece (one row knit, one row purl)that fit perfectly over the backside over the more or less square pattern piece. It hides all the traces of the backside of the sowed on buttons and softens the piece's feel on the skin of the neck under your chin. I made this as a present and will have to wait for feedback, once she receives it! Everyone here loved it and called it my master piece! Thank you for showing us this beautiful pattern!
