Beat the cold weather blues with the knitted Northwoods Hat & Boot Cuff set designed by Lena Skvargerson. These easy-to-make pieces are perfect as gifts or a stable for your wardrobe.

In this class, you’ll learn how to:
  • Work in the round
  • Shape the hat crown
  • Attach the pompon for stability

    • Skill Level: Easy

    Finished Size:
  • Hat: Small / Medium or Medium / Large
  • Boot Cuffs: One size

    • Materials:
  • Bulky (chunky) weight acrylic/wool yarn (3˝ oz/150 yds/100g per skein):
      • 2 skeins warm gray
      • Faux fur pompom
  • Size 8 (5mm) 16-inch circular needle, and double-point needles (set of 5) or size needed to obtain gauge
  • Stitch markers
  • 1-inch button
  • Crochet hook size H-8 (5mm) or smaller to attach pompom
