Using Stoppers

Here's another great crochet tip!

Use the red and green stoppers to help you keep track of when you turn your hook and which end of the hook you work with on any row. As you turn your hook each time, remove the stopper and place it on the opposite end of the hook. Before you lay your work aside, work until you have loops on hook, turn hook, place the green stopper on the end of the hook with which you will begin the next time, and place the red stoper on the other end. Red means Stop and green means Go. When you pick your work up again, you can start right away without having to figure out which end is the beginning. The stoppers also keep your work from sliding off your hook.
